New SOF 9006 PLUS Features Preventative Maintenance Alarm

RYECO introduces our newest introduction in sheet break detector technology.  The new SOF 9006 PLUS systems feature a preventative maintenance alarm in addition to all of the same features on our standard SOF 9006 systems.  The integrated preventative maintenance alarm utlizes RYECO's proprietary programmed logic to determine when a system's sensor(s) require cleaning in order to maintain optimal performance. 

Sheet breaks result in unscheduled downtime and lost profits.  The SOF 9006 PLUS's preventative maintenance alarm allows operators to service and clean the system's sensor before it becomes too dirty to reliably sense sheet breaks.  This prevents unscheduled maintenance and allows a sensor to be serviced during downtime.

All SOF 9006 break detection systems are designed for use in the harshest environments.  With high-quality stainless steel construction, SOF 9006 sensors are designed for reliable use in both sheet-on-fabric/felt and open-draw applications, withstanding the high heat and humidity of a dryer hood and the debris of a size press or coater.
