For one flat monthly fee you can get everything you need for Hassle Free continuous operation of your RYECO System.
RYECO offers a multi-tiered list of Fixed Cost Agreements to fit your needs:
Level 4 - Fixed Cost AgreementNew System with Maintenance Agreement
- Includes all Level 1 & 2 items listed below plus:
- Complete system ownership after 3 years.
- Automatically becomes a Level 2 agreement after 3 years.
Level 3 - Fixed Cost AgreementExisting System Upgrade with Maintenance Agreement
- Includes all Level 1 & 2 items listed below plus:
- Your existing Marker critical components are upgraded to our latest offerings.
Level 2 - Fixed Cost AgreementOn-site Maintenance Agreement
- Includes all of Level 1 items listed below plus:
- One scheduled and one unscheduled mill visits annually (Both can be unscheduled)
Level 1 - Fixed Cost AgreementConsumables and Replacement Parts Agreement
- Preset monthly dye shipments based on your needs.
- Replacement Warranty on all failed parts for the life of the agreement.
- Complete Hot Swap with Marker test station.
- Free 24 hour phone support.
